The Wave

When I close my eyes, there is the sound of the surf appearing in my ears.

The waves roll ashore one after another in a meditative rhythm, telling each other stories from other continents and times.

I can feel the light stroking of the sea breeze on my cheeks, and the salty sea drops bring a taste of happiness and freedom.

The endless smooth surface of the water merges with the sky on a barely discernible horizon, playing with all shades of blue, ultramarines and turquoise, the glare of the sun and foam are dancing on the golden sand.

Space and coolness, fresh and salty – this is how my dream vacation smells.
