Octopus’s Garden

One day in November, not finding inspiration, I used one of my tried and tested methods: listening to music on repeat, and more particularly a song: “Octopus’s Garden” by the Beatles, song sung by Ringo Starr .

As always after several listenings, a kind of trance finally seized me and I started to sketch different shapes. It was as if an octopus (octopus) had literally taken possession of the workshop.

After many drawings quickly thrown on small papers, I knew that I had captured the entire song.

Reproducing the sketch on a canvas turned out to be more difficult than I expected, but in the end I knew I had succeeded: the Beatles song was definitely trapped in the canvas.
