L’invasion des Canards en plastique

« The Invasion of the Rubber Ducks » depicts a surreal scene with offbeat humor.

Colorful ducks made of plastic slide down from the Moon, using a rainbow as a slide to reach Earth.

The ducks race down the rainbow with determination, each one seemingly ready to reach its goal.

This composition invites the viewer to embrace the unexpected through a filter of gentle irony and fantasy.

Creation technique:

To achieve a three-dimensional perspective, the cut-out elements are strategically arranged to achieve different levels in height.

Some elements are glued directly to the background, while others are mounted on foam board supports to elevate them. The main subject is placed in the foreground, while secondary elements are used for more distant shots.

This artistic approach makes it possible to give a spatial dimension to the compositions.

Support: the work is glued onto a thick sheet of anthracite-colored paper with a pearly effect.

Dimensions: 50 cm x 50 cm.

Dimensions with frame: 52 cm x 52 cm x 6 cm.

The work is delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

The painting comes in a black wood fibre frame, acrylic protective glass, wood fibre back panel.
